1. You can register by searching for relevant competitions on the ASDAN International Science Assessment WeChat Mini Program;
2. For students from non-ASDAN partner schools and overseas regions, we are an officially authorized test center and you can register by scanning the QR code.
The 2026 BPhO registration is full.
Unless a student refunds their fees and a spot becomes available, no new registration rounds will be opened!

Registration Deadline: January 20, 2026
IPC & SPC UK Physics Assessment
Competition Date: March 5, 2026, 17:00-18:00
Registration Deadline: February 23, 2026
BPhO Round 0
Exam Date: October 16, 2025, 17:00-18:00
BPhO Round 1
Exam Date: November 4, 2025, 17:00-19:00
BPhO Round 2
Exam Date: February 21, 2026, 14:00-17:00
Registration Deadline: February 10, 2026
3. BPhO Competition Registration Rules
Starting in 2025, the number of BPhO test slots for the China region (including Hong Kong and Macau) will be strictly limited to 3500!
First Batch of Priority Allocation:
Students who win global gold, silver, or bronze awards in the 2025 Physics Assessment (Advanced) SPC and SPC Online;
Students who win global gold awards in the 2025 Physics Assessment (Intermediate) IPC and IPC Online.
Registration Deadline: August 1, 2025
Second Batch of Allocation:
If there are any remaining slots after the first batch of priority allocation, they will be opened to: Students who win global silver and bronze awards in the 2025 Physics Assessment (Intermediate) IPC and IPC Online; if there are no remaining slots, registration will close.
Application Deadline: September 1, 2025
Third Batch of Places Allocation
If there are any remaining places after the second batch of places has been allocated, registration will open on September 2, 2025. Allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis until all places are filled. If there are no remaining places, registration will close.
In summary:
To participate in BPhO R1 next year, students must first take the 2025 SPC and IPC exams and win the corresponding awards to qualify for a BPhO exam slot.
Regarding whether to take the SPC or IPC, generally speaking:
IPC Intermediate Physics Challenge: Suitable for grades 9-10
SPC Advanced Physics Challenge: Suitable for grades 10-11
